This is a handy little book integrating elements of Dr Harris's original book, the Happiness Trap, with well known illustrations by Bev Aisbett, also known for her guides on living with anxiety and panic. The book argues that positive thinking does not always work, rather mindfulness using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) will lead you to genuine wellbeing and fulfilment. That's true happiness.
